Job Description

Title: PreSales LeadLocation: Bangalore – Peenya SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY:Scope of responsibility lies in understanding the semi-innovation always built in. PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:Leading a team of process engineers to provide the global support for sales development team for designing the custom engineered products (Multi-use & Single use Hardware). ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Responsibilities:Drives team performance to meet the KPI and company objectives.Collaborate with key stake holders and support team for key decision makings.Collaborate with leadership and cross functional teams for key strategy projects and discussions, contributing to the overall business improvement & success of organization.Strong networking with CFT, customers and suppliers across all geographies to provide solution to customers.Technical support to sales functions.Prepare & review of P&ID based on URS & Process.Prepare & review technical specifications.Prepare & review Functional specification is added advantage.Prepare & review of commercial quote during presales.Discussion with sales, cross functional team, and customers during presales to prepare technical quote.Discussion with sales, cross functional team to give the forecast details.Discussion with vendors for any requirement during presales or project execution.Understanding the customer requirement and providing the solutions in structured way.Need to collaborate with internal & cross-functional teams to complete the project seamlessly.Need to travel for approximately 20 times per year local/international when required. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Who you are:Education: BE or B.Tech in Biotechnology/Chemical Engineering OR BE in Bioprocess Engineering OR ME/M.Tech optional. Experience: Minimum 8 Years in Bioprocess Equipment. Chemical Engineers must have experience in Bioprocess equipment. Technical Skills / Competencies:Experience in PLC, SCADA based Automation.Experience in P&ID based on URS process. Knowledge over selection components for Bioprocess equipment.
