Title: Senior Analyst - Graphic/Digital DesignLocation: Bangalore The MilliporeSigma eCommerce organization is focused on creating a customer-centric experience and is responsible for driving our multi-billion euro channel, which supports over 40 million visitors and transacts millions of orders each year. As a Product Data Image Generation Specialist in our eCommerce organization at MilliporeSigma, you will leverage AI and other scalable image generation/editing techniques to enhance our product representation via B2C and B2B channels. Your role will involve establishing product image requirements for our portfolio of >350,000 products, auditing existing image content, and generating new product imagery designed to delight our customers. Responsibilities: Develop and define eCommerce product image standards and requirements in alignment with digital marketing and branding strategies. Audit existing product images to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance with established guidelines. Utilize AI tools and scalable image generation/editing techniques to create high-quality product imagery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and IT, to ensure effective implementation of image strategies. Monitor and analyze image performance metrics to continuously improve image quality and customer engagement. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in product imaging and eCommerce. Minimum Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing eCommerce product image content, other digital asset management, or a similar role. Proficiency with image editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) and AI-based image generation tools. Proficiency with Python or other programming languages to facilitate and enhance scalable image generation workflows. Preferred Skills: Life Sciences degree, or previous experience in the life sciences market is a very strong plus Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and digital marketing strategies. Knowledge of B2C and B2B marketing principles and consumer behavior. Experience with image optimization for web and mobile platforms. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
