Job Description

Title :System and Reward Redemption Administrator for R&D Recognition Platform Location : Bangalore Who you are:The System Administrator of our R&D Recognition Platform (WorkTango) manages and oversees the administration of our R&D peer-to-peer recognition platform and the reward redemption process. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of the platform, enhancing employee engagement, and facilitating a seamless reward experience for our R&D teams globally. Roles & ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain the R&D Recognition Platform (WorkTango), ensuring optimal performance and user accessibility.Oversee the administration of the reward redemption process, providing a seamless experience for employees.Monitor system usage, troubleshoot issues, and implement timely resolutions to enhance user experience, together with the platform service provider.Conduct training sessions and create user guides to promote effective use of the recognition platform among R&D staff.Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to implement updates, upgrades, and new features on the platform.Gather and analyze user feedback to continuously improve the platform and reward offerings.Track and report on reward redemption metrics, providing insights for program enhancements.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to recognition and rewards.Work closely with HR and R&D teams to promote the recognition platform and reward program Preffered Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in system administrationStrong understanding of employee recognition and reward programs.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team-oriented environment.Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.Experience:Fresher-5 years We are an equal opportunity employer that values workforce diversity.
