font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Roles and responsibilities:</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Support to build liaison between the Company and National & State Law Enforcement Agencies, fostering effective communication and collaboration.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Provide the Law Enforcement ecosystem nationwide desired support for investigations, demonstrating maturity and discretion in managing challenging situations.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Collaborate with internal and external legal counsels and cross-functional teams on escalations and engagement with law enforcement entities, including emergencies, directed towards the company.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Facilitate clear and timely responses to inquiries from law enforcement and government agencies, both written and verbal.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Identify potential threats to the company and its employees, proactively defusing any escalating situations.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Engage in investigations under the supervision of the Vigilance Director to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Plan, schedule, and promote law enforcement meetings, conferences, and training sessions to enhance cooperation and knowledge sharing. </span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Represent the company at conferences and meetings organized by law enforcement or government agencies, articulating the Company's policies and procedures for handling law enforcement requests.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Prepare and present reports, findings, and recommendations to the Vigilance team/management, demonstrating transparency and accountability in efforts.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Mandatory qualifications:</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Minimum of 8 years of experience in law enforcement, financial crime investigation, with a strong understanding of applicable laws and regulations in India. </span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Proficiency in the Indian Judicial System and the Indian Penal Code (IPC).</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse stakeholders across different levels of the organization</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Fluency in multiple languages, including English, Hindi, and regional languages.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Experience in accurately reviewing, processing, and summarizing Indian legal requests.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Willingness and ability to travel within India as needed.</span></li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><div class="gmail_default"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
