In parallel, Razorpay is reimagining how businesses manage money by simplifying business banking (via<a href="https://razorpay.com/x/" target="_blank" data-saferedirecturl="https://www.google.com/url?q=https://razorpay.com/x/&source=gmail&ust=1660290870959000&usg=AOvVaw0ab_bX0WbaTqedmVsyWBbZ"> Razorpay X</a>) and enabling capital availability for businesses (via<a href="https://razorpay.com/capital/" target="_blank" data-saferedirecturl="https://www.google.com/url?q=https://razorpay.com/capital/&source=gmail&ust=1660290870959000&usg=AOvVaw2ymFZuuzdG2i4lPyqQYP5I"> Razorpay Capital</a>). </span></div></div><p><strong>Role: Deputy Manager, Finance</strong></p> <div id=":3ap" class="Am aiL Al editable LW-avf tS-tW tS-tY"> <ul> <li>Assist with process implementations, preparation, and adherence to key control</li> <li>activities.</li> <li>Have experience in handling IT control audits in past.</li> <li>Proficiency and knowledge of SAP HANA tools will be added advantage.</li> <li>Experience of data migration to SAP will be added advantage.</li> <li>Explore automation in all the areas worked.</li> <li>Understand the unit economics of the business and provide insights.</li> <li>Review of monthly P&amp;L – review decks, strong variance analysis capabilities.</li> <li>Drive Balance Sheet closing for various group entities and consolidation of financials.</li> <li>Timely closure of Statutory and Internal Audits.</li> <li>To work closely with various stakeholders and business partners.</li> <li>Candidates with experience in controllership function will be preferred.</li> <li>Problem solving attitude with analytical bent of mind.</li> <li>Effective communication &amp; stakeholder engagement.</li> <li>Experience in managing and working in a team.</li> <li>CA with 4+ years of post-qualification experience in Big4 or listed companies.
