We are looking for a talented professional with 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, and visual identity who can independently handle various aspects of design identity, marketing collaterals, landing pages, and print collaterals. The ideal candidate is passionate about design, has a keen eye for detail, and possesses excellent technical skills and has the aptitude to upskill with agility. What do we expect from you? <ul> <li>You have a great understanding of design patterns, color theory, typography, illustrations, and iconography with relentless attention to detail and consistency.</li> <li>You will work on visual identity projects, marketing campaigns, print collaterals, landing pages, and social media collaterals. You have a strong grasp of visualizing data.</li> <li>Experience with AI design tools such as MidJourney, Photoshop Beta, and Firefly to create unique and innovative imagery, enhance creative workflow and generate novel visual concepts is a big bonus!</li> <li>Ability to generate clear ideas, concepts, and designs of creative assets. Think on a campaign level and execute big-picture ideas.</li> <li>Deliver brand and product storytelling consistently across all channels like websites, e-mailers, landing pages, collaterals, and growth campaigns.</li> <li>You collaborate with content writers, fellow communication designers, and marketing stakeholders to build visual brand excellence for various design needs.</li> <li>You are able to clearly articulate design decisions to key stakeholders, and design leaders.</li> <li>You're self-motivated and excited to learn new skills like AI, motion design, and illustrations to enhance your work.</li> </ul>   What would you work on?   <ul> <li>Create captivating product launch campaigns that effectively communicate complex concepts and features in a visually appealing manner.Understands the assigned brief and content well by asking the right questions and applying them in their designs.</li> <li>Comes up with creative ideas and details them as Concepts, Sketches, and wireframes, that solve the brief in a reasonable time frame.</li> <li>Design visuals that are aligned with the brand language as per the need of the project.</li> <li>Take ownership of projects, requiring minimal supervision and take them from concept to completion within established timelines.</li> <li>Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and other teams to understand project requirements and deliver compelling visual content that aligns with the brand vision. </li> <li>Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques in graphic design, and share knowledge with the team to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.</li> </ul> Mandatory Qualifications:   <ul> <li>A strong portfolio featuring exceptional design, illustrations, excellent typography, attention to detail, and a flair for creative, idea-driven projects.</li> <li>Proficient in using software such as Figma and Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop.</li> <li>1-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably gained within a tech-based company's in-house design team or creative agency/studio. </li> <li>A great understanding of Brand Identity and Visual Design with relentless attention to detail and consistency.</li> <li>You’re creative-minded and intensely customer-focused.
