You are required to work in teams alongside back-end developers, graphic designers, and user experience designers to ensure all elements of web creation are consistent. This requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Roles and Responsibilities: <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Spearhead the development of innovative web strategies to enhance user engagement.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Optimize and refine onboarding workflows to ensure a smooth and engaging user experience from the start.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Lead initiatives to streamline and simplify user interfaces and interactions.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Manage and enhance versatile JavaScript libraries that supports diverse browser environments.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Explore and integrate the latest technologies across various microsites.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Participate in open-source projects and help set industry standards.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Develop innovative solutions to make online experiences more accessible and user-friendly.</li> </ul> Mandatory Qualifications: <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">A minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Proficient knowledge of any popular JS framework like React, Ember, Angular, or Backbone</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Experience with common front-end tools like SASS/Stylus, Jade, Grunt/Gulp, etc</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Good understanding of REST API</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Ability to build a feature from scratch & drive it to completion</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">A willingness to learn new technology, whatever lets you deliver the best product</li> </ul> Good to have: We also expect the following, but we accept that you can be an absolutely great developer without fulfilling the below.
