They can achieve this through a combination of driving special projects, program management  & stakeholder management within the organization.  <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Own Customer Problems: Define and drive a plan for market research (from a customer/user viewpoint), set up data funnels relevant to ones OKRs (incl. seeking baseline data and setting milestones towards quarterly and annual goals), meet with customers regularly to understand their pain points and user goals to develop a deep empathy of the problem domain</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Product Strategy: Define long-term strategy to drive quarterly roadmaps and prioritize ongoing backlogs to ensure the products deliver measurable outcomes, leading to solving real customer problems. Mentor the team to ensure a data- and experiment-driven product culture, and run data-based reviews within and outside the team frequently</li> </ul> <h2>Roles and Responsibility:</h2> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Work with the Head of Payments to deliver long-term & short term vision of Razorpay</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Drive a journey-based culture for customer/merchant success from process/functional approaches and be the voice of the customer</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Setting annual & quarterly targets & OKRs in the product team</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Identifying & solving for challenges structurally to help achieve OKRs </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Setup processes to drive cross functional efficiency from customer success lens</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Identify new initiatives proactively  to improve customer success OKRs</li> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Identification problem, design initiatives & experiments to solve for them</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Pilot initiatives & drive implementation and scale up</li> </ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Work closely with PMs to stretch the excellence envelope and solve for problems</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Cross functional stakeholder management with teams like product Operations & business.</li> </ul> <h2>Mandatory Qualification:</h2> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong & structured problem solving skills in an ambiguous and unstructured environment</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong Product Sense and customer first thinking</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
