They can achieve this through a combination of driving special projects, program management & stakeholder management within the organization. </span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Own Customer Problems:</strong> Define and drive a plan for market research (from a customer/user viewpoint), set up data funnels relevant to ones OKRs (incl. seeking baseline data and setting milestones towards quarterly and annual goals), meet with customers regularly to understand their pain points and user goals to develop a deep empathy of the problem domain</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Product Strategy: </strong>Define long-term strategy to drive quarterly roadmaps and prioritize ongoing backlogs to ensure the products deliver measurable outcomes, leading to solving real customer problems. Mentor the team to ensure a data- and experiment-driven product culture, and run data-based reviews within and outside the team frequently</span></li> </ul> <h2><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Drive a journey-based culture for customer/merchant success from process/functional approaches and be the voice of the customer</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
