In this role, you will build and manage products designed to help startups thrive from day zero. Your work will directly impact thousands of founders by equipping them with the knowledge, tools, and networks they need to succeed in India’s dynamic startup ecosystem.</span></p> <h3><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Devise Product Strategy</strong>: Define both long-term strategy and quarterly roadmap to achieve the product vision and drive tangible impact.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Conceptualize New Solutions</strong>: Follow a problem-first, data-driven, test-and-iterate approach to product conceptualization. Prioritize platform thinking and long-term scalability.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Build Products</strong>: Collaborate with Engineering and Design to ship high-impact products. Own product specs, scope management, and launch timelines.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Launch Products</strong>: Craft go-to-market strategies in partnership with Product Marketing. Act as the internal and external champion of your product area.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Stakeholder Management</strong>: Partner with Razorpay leadership, banking institutions, and external stakeholders to translate the Core Banking Unit strategy into reality.</span><br><br></li> </ul> <h3><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Mandatory Qualifications</strong></span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">3+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally with experience building 0→1 products.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong customer-first and business-first thinking with a solid understanding of technology.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Energetic self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Analytical, data-driven, and comfortable navigating execution and strategic planning.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong product sense, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Hands-on fluency with “vibe coding” tools like Replit, Lovable, or similar low-code/AI-assisted platforms.
