In parallel, Razorpay is reimagining how businesses manage money by simplifying business banking (via<a href="https://razorpay.com/x/" target="_blank" data-saferedirecturl="https://www.google.com/url?q=https://razorpay.com/x/&source=gmail&ust=1660290870959000&usg=AOvVaw0ab_bX0WbaTqedmVsyWBbZ"> Razorpay X</a>) and enabling capital availability for businesses (via<a href="https://razorpay.com/capital/" target="_blank" data-saferedirecturl="https://www.google.com/url?q=https://razorpay.com/capital/&source=gmail&ust=1660290870959000&usg=AOvVaw2ymFZuuzdG2i4lPyqQYP5I"> Razorpay Capital</a>). </span></div></div><div class="p-rich_text_section"><strong data-stringify-type="bold">The Role:</strong><br>As an Associate Manager you should be able to understand the issues faced by the merchants in the Fintech ecosystem and solve these issues with data oriented insights.<br><br><strong data-stringify-type="bold">Role and Responsibilities :</strong></div> <ul class="p-rich_text_list p-rich_text_list__bullet p-rich_text_list--nested" data-stringify-type="unordered-list" data-list-tree="true" data-indent="0" data-border="0"> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Taking briefs from various internal stakeholders and distilling problem statements that research can focus upon</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Core competency - <ul class="p-rich_text_list p-rich_text_list__bullet p-rich_text_list--nested" data-stringify-type="unordered-list" data-list-tree="true" data-indent="1" data-border="0"> <li data-stringify-indent="1" data-stringify-border="0">Drafting research briefs, outlining key business and research objectives, selecting methodology for the objectives</li> <li data-stringify-indent="1" data-stringify-border="0">Ability to draft questionnaires basis relevant study objectives for primary research</li> <li data-stringify-indent="1" data-stringify-border="0">Insights - Drafting actionable insights to various stakeholders</li> </ul> </li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Coordination and management - External vendors, supervision of fieldwork, interviews with B2B merchants for various studies</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Working with our internal data to cull out insights</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Working with various stakeholders to implement key insights into our product/marketing/brand solutions</li> </ul> <div class="p-rich_text_section"><strong data-stringify-type="bold">Mandatory qualifications:</strong></div> <ul class="p-rich_text_list p-rich_text_list__bullet p-rich_text_list--nested" data-stringify-type="unordered-list" data-list-tree="true" data-indent="0" data-border="0"> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Prior Work Experience - 4-5 years in a Market Research Agency like Kantar, Nielsen, Ipsos, Third Eye, Quantum or researchers who have moved from agency to working with a brand inhouse.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Exposure to both qualitative and quantitative research through their career</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Experience working with technology/product focused brands</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Inclination to work with B2B consumers on Fintech product/service oriented projects</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Deriving insights from data (Should be able to work with Excel, SPSS or Google Data Studios)</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Presentation Skills - Both verbal and written.
