Job Description
Role & Responsibilities:
· Engage in projects that include strategy development, requirements definition, business process improvement, stakeholder involvement, change management, quality assurance, risk management, user training, application configuration, system installation, and testing.
· Ensure design and deliver high quality solutions via system configuration that meet overall business requirements.
· Work with team members to facilitate successful integration
· Configure application to meet customer needs while providing best-practice guidance on customer processes
· Manage the relationship with the customer throughout the project.
· Continually reporting on project progress and potential risk to stakeholders
· Continuously upgrade self and customers with the bi-annual upgrades in SuccessFactors.
Nice to have Skills:
· Certification in Colud Platform Integration will be added advantage.
· Strong Hands-on experience in developing complex mapping and integration.
· Should have worked in SAP Cloud HCI and worked on different Adapters, DATA, SOAP, HTTP, Idoc, SFTP.
· Strong interpersonal communication, customer facing, and team player skills
