Job Description

Title: Cloud Tech Sales
Must-Have Skills:
• Overall Experience: 15+ years in the data space.
• Cloud Tech Sales: 5-10+ years of experience in AWS Cloud and Azure Cloud.
• Leadership Alignment: Experience in working with leadership to understand vision, revenue growth targets, and align AWS and Azure initiatives to drive business outcomes.
• Revenue and Orderbook Management: Proven experience in managing and delivering revenue/orderbook goals for both AWS and Azure Cloud spaces.
• Opportunity Management: Ability to work with existing customers/new logos in identifying, shaping, and closing opportunities successfully.
• GTM Strategies: Experience working with internal teams to develop GTM strategies and campaigns. Prior experience working with AWS, Azure, and other solutions partners regarding joint GTM strategies and co-sell campaigns.
• Pursuit Team Building: Experience in building pursuit teams, including presales, solution architects, marketing, and delivery teams.
• Technical Skills:
o AWS Cloud/Infra/App Migration Modernization: Minimum 5 years of experience with AWS Cloud, leveraging various services for migrations and modernizations such as Serverless and AWS Native services.
o Azure Cloud/Infra/App Migration Modernization: Minimum 5 years of experience with Azure Cloud, leveraging various services for migrations and modernizations, including Azure Functions, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), and Azure DevOps.
o Design and Strategy: Experience with designing landing zones, migration strategies, modernization strategies, and high-availability solutions on both AWS and Azure.
o Data Management: Well-versed in data quality, validations, and data reconciliation processes.
Additional Experience:
• Workshops: Prior experience conducting workshops for requirements analysis, business case development, and solution development.
• Thought Leadership: Demonstrated expertise in leading technical discussions and providing thought leadership.
• Mentorship: Ability to provide mentorship and career guidance for technology groups, such as architects and tech leads.
• Branding and Marketing: Prior experience supporting branding, sales, and marketing initiatives, including papers, email campaigns, analyst calls, and client QBRs.
• Technology Evaluation: Ability to evaluate emerging technologies in AWS, Azure, and GenAI, and assess their potential impacts and benefits for internal and external stakeholders.
• Specialized Expertise: Expertise in platforms like AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, and other LLM platforms.
