JOB DESCRIPTION

Skill: Product Manager

Role / Tier: T2

Key responsibility:

Delivery of the highest quality, working in Agile projects comprised of multidisciplinary teams with 7 years exp. Preferably 7 to 9 years
Understand key business and priorities, develop a prioritized, scheduled backlog of work for the team, setting clear direction and success criteria and identifying and mitigating risks to delivery.
Foster a collaborative, empowered culture within your team nurturing the team to take ownership of the relevant outcomes.
Put customers and their data at the heart of the solutions we deliver.
The Product Manager is responsible for the release of incremental value contributing towards a holistic product, project or service with the main goal of realizing value for customers and stakeholders by ensuring that the team are working on the right priorities. This is achieved by fostering collaborative, empowered teams, nurturing them to take ownership of the relevant outcomes. As well as stimulating innovation and mitigating risk by conducting data driven test and learn activities.
Excellent people and communication skills, including the ability to influence and effectively communicate with a wide variety of technical and non-technical staff.
Good team player with a strong team ethos.
