Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Tech Lead with at least 4-5 years of experience in ServiceNow and a strong understanding of ITIL capabilities on ServiceNow. This role requires a total of 6 years of work experience and will involve a hybrid work mode. The ideal candidate must have experience working in an Agile environment and possess excellent problem-solving skills. Strong communication and leadership skills are also essential for this role. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
