Job Description

Data Migration Strategy & Architecture
Lead the design and architecture of data migration solutions for large-scale enterprise projects.
Define the overall data migration strategy, including scope, timelines, and resources, to ensure the successful migration of data between systems.

Project Leadership & Coordination
Manage and coordinate data migration efforts across cross-functional teams, including data engineers, business analysts, and project managers.
Ensure that migration timelines and quality standards are met, delivering projects on schedule and within budget.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, data owners, and technical teams, to ensure alignment of goals and expectations.
Data Mapping & Transformation
Define data mapping rules between source and target systems, ensuring data integrity and completeness.
Oversee the development of data transformation logic and ensure compliance with business and technical requirements.
Identify and resolve any data-related issues, such as data discrepancies, transformations, and validation failures.
Tool Evaluation & Implementation
Evaluate and recommend data migration tools, platforms, and technologies that fit the specific needs of the project.
Oversee the implementation of these tools, ensuring they are integrated effectively with other systems.
Data Quality & Validation
Ensure data quality standards are maintained throughout the migration process, including data cleansing and validation activities.
Conduct post-migration testing and validation to ensure the integrity and accuracy of the migrated data.
Documentation & Reporting
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of data migration processes, mappings, and designs.
Prepare reports and status updates for stakeholders, ensuring transparency and visibility throughout the migration process.
Risk Management
Identify potential risks and issues during the migration process, and implement mitigation strategies.
Proactively resolve any challenges that arise during the migration lifecycle to minimize disruption.
UI/UX Design
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that communicate design concepts and interactions.
Ensure that user interfaces are visually consistent, aligned with brand guidelines, and optimized for usability.
Create and maintain design systems, including UI components, patterns, and style guides.
