For this business, we are looking for an outstanding operations-excellence and Instock manager, who will help us create this lowest cost supply chain and setup processes to run the business in cost effective manner. This person will have a mandate to look at all aspects of the business and make the right trade-offs that deliver an acceptable level of CX at the lowest cost possible. This role needs significant stakeholder management with key partner teams being operations (last-mile and fulfilment center), sales, Product management and vendor management teams. You will engage actively with Senior Leadership and in some cases with global teams.

Key Job Responsibilities:
• Drive cross-functional strategic initiatives to continuously improve profitability and customer/ delivery experience.
• Performing dive deeps into the multiple elements that govern the decision making to launch or expand programs/ processes
• Working closely with the central program, product and operation stakeholders, understanding their strategies and processes for reducing cost and adopting for own category.
• Working closely with operations, finance and category teams to manage short term commitments to overall goals, and making sure they stay on track.
• Benchmarking programs/practices with the best in class (internal and external), and using it to own and influence the long-term vision.
• Innovating to improve customer experience, and relentlessly working towards contributing to the profitability goals of category.
• Mix of short term projects with quick turn-around and some long term projects that would possibly redefine the way business is done going forward 
• Own the inventory forecasting and health metrics and drive S&OP process for 1P business

Basic qualifications
1. 8+ years in program management, operations/supply chain or category management 2. Proven track record of owning and delivering projects/programs
3. Proven track record of working with cross category stakeholders.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5. Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes.
6. Proven ability to successfully thrive in an ambiguous environment and changing market conditions.
7. Bias for action; Demonstrated ability to conceptualise, manage, and prioritise multiple projects.
8. Innovative; loves to challenge status quo and reinvent on behalf of our customers
