Interested in creating innovative Digital Payments solutions with engaging user experiences that will help Amazon Pay Wallet become our customers' preferred expense account?

We intend to solve a critical customer problem by providing a hassle-free way to manage daily payment for convenience seeking customers. These customers use (a) a mix of digital payments online (b) primarily cash and UPI for offline payments. (c) They prefer to consolidate all of their small-value transactions into a single universally accepted instrument that is error-free, allows for one-click payments, and can assist them in managing their own and their dependents' expenses. Here's where we come in.

Use your extensive program management experience, strong analytical skills, and relationship skills to help Amazon Pay Balance become the expense account of choice for our customers.

Amazon Pay Wallet is a Prepaid Payment instrument. This is a regulated Payment instrument as a Senior Program Manager, you will be the lead the interaction with partner team like legal , compliance, customer trust, recon operations and accounting teams

Key job responsibilities
• Establish deep connections with customers and clearly articulate problems faced by our customers
• Collaborate cross-functionally to manage bottlenecks, provide escalation management, make trade-offs, balance business needs with technical constraints, and enhance customer experiences.
• Work with key stakeholders – like legal , compliance, customer trust, recon operations and accounting teams
• Own all key business, product, operations and financial metrics related to the payments experience, adopt and track new metrics if required to advance the overall area
• Benchmark Amazon experience with competition and industry within IN and WW and propose new interventions in Digital Wallet space.- 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- 5+ years of delivering cross functional projects experience
- MBA from a Tier I / II school with 8-12 years of experience, Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance or related technical field.
- Prior experience in Banking and Financial services domain
- A person with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong change management and influencing skills; ability to negotiate and across all levels and inspire someone to jump off a cliff, if need be.
- Experience in Go-to-Market (GTM) to launch and grow a new product, both through online and offline interventions
- A person who can showcase judgment and decision-making skills to balance customer experience with financial impact.
