Are you ready to embark on a thrilling journey in the realm of grocery e-commerce? We are looking for a smart and result-oriented Associate Site Merchandiser to grow our business. Your ability to cultivate a customer-centric mindset, coupled with a penchant for out-of-the-box thinking, will be instrumental in navigating the complex landscape of our initiative.

This role will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing marketing campaigns across various owned and paid channels. They will strategize campaign objectives, target audience segmentation, messaging, and content creation to achieve desired marketing goals.

They will analyze campaign performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) and use analytics tools to track metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, engagement metrics, and ROI, enabling data-driven decision-making and continuous optimization of marketing strategies.

This person will be involved in coordinating with the brands, category managers, designers, and other editors in similar roles across the business.

2. Attention to detail and ability to multitask and manage multiple projects
3. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
4. Capable of identifying, attracting and engaging target audiences
5. Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and developments
6. Creative in devising informative, engaging and motivational digital campaigns
7. Proven marketing experience on different digital platforms
8. Knowledge of email, newsletters, push notification and display advertising campaigns
9. Understanding of landing pages optimisation, user funnels and A/B testing
10. Proficiency in using website analytics tools, ad serving tools and marketing software
11. Basic programming experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, XML

Key job responsibilities
1. Create and execute digital marketing campaigns
2. Track campaign performance
3. Design marketing communication
4. Create marketing objectives and ensuring they are SMART (specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound)
5. Conducting regular audits
6. Tracking marketing metrics - Experience in data driven digital marketing on paid (Google/Meta) and owned (email, push notifications, in-app) channels
