Job Description

Amazon is aggressively growing its external payments operations in India, with a focus on enabling Amazon Pay as a digital payments solution for offline merchants. In line with this vision, Amazon Pay is expanding its offline payments operations in India. The company is actively seeking individuals who are excited to be part of this journey and work towards enabling Amazon Pay as a payment acceptance solution for small, medium, and organized offline retailers across the country.
Amazon Pay's offline business strategy involves collaborating with key offline organized merchants and regional brands to help them grow their businesses by leveraging Amazon Pay's payment solutions. The company is focused on enabling Amazon Pay at physical stores of these merchants, forming strategic alliances, and executing joint business plans to drive mutual growth.

Job Summary: Amazon Pay is seeking a highly motivated and organized marketing executive to join our Offline Marketing Team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Offline Marketing team, ensuring smooth execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives across various offline channels.

1. Campaign Support:
o Assist the Offline Marketing team in planning, executing, and tracking offline marketing campaigns, such as promotional events, product launches, and trade shows.
o Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and resources.
o Maintain accurate records, track campaign metrics, and generate reports for performance analysis.
2. Event Management:
o Support the planning and execution of offline events, including venue selection, logistics coordination, attendee management, and on-site support.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution and adherence to Amazon's branding guidelines.
o Manage event registration processes, attendee communications, and post-event follow-up activities.
3. Data Management and Reporting:
o Collect, organize, and analyze data related to offline marketing campaigns and events.
o Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate performance metrics and insights to stakeholders.
o Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement streamlined systems for data tracking and reporting.- 1+ years of sales experience
- Bachelor's degree
- • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, account management, or a related field.
- • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in creating presentations and reports.
