Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated CF Analytics Specialist with expertise in SQL, Python, and Web Development to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing, maintaining, and enhancing analytics solutions, driving data-driven decision-making, and building web-based tools to support business operations.

Key job responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
1.Data Analysis & Management:
Develop and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
Maintain and enhance databases to ensure data integrity and efficiency.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
2.Analytics Development:
Create and automate scripts using Python for data manipulation, visualization, and advanced analytics.
Implement machine learning models or statistical methods to derive business insights when required.
3.Web Development & Integration:
Design, develop, and maintain web-based tools and dashboards for data visualization and reporting.
Integrate web applications with backend databases and APIs.
Ensure web solutions are user-friendly, responsive, and secure.
4.Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Provide clear and concise documentation for all analytics and web development projects.
Train and support end-users in leveraging analytics tools and platforms.

About the team
Day-to-Day Activities:
1. Data Management & Querying:
Write, test, and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
Maintain and update databases to ensure accuracy and reliability of data.
Perform ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to integrate and clean data from multiple sources.
2. Data Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
Generate ad-hoc and periodic reports to support business needs.
Develop and maintain dashboards to visualize key performance metrics.
3. Python Scripting & Automation:Build Python scripts for automating routine data processes and workflows.
Develop reusable functions and libraries to support analytical tasks.

- Bachelor's degree
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Proficient & hands-on experience with Python , SQL & Web development
