Business Development Manager, IN Transparency

Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join the Marketplace Trust team for its Transparency (TR) charter. Transparency is a product serialization and traceability service that proactively protects brands and customers from defects including counterfeit and materially different products in the supply chain. As a part of this role, the person will closely work with WW team to drive self-serve registrations and mass account onboarding and management for the program. The person will also be responsible to develop scalable mechanisms for mass accoutn management of existing brands to deliver quality outputs, solve structural blockers, transparency led defect reduction, collaborate with cross functional team to improve brand experience etc. We are looking for an individual who shares Amazon's passion for the customer—someone who understands the importance of compelling programs in creating superior customer and partner experience, and has an extremely high level of customer focus with a passion for business transformation and process improvements. Key job responsibilities
- Drive Transparency adoption across brands.
- Improve brand experience by providing best in class account management services, through enabling the team and solving blockers.
- Improve overall Transparency experience for brands and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Maintain high bar on quality parameters to influence long term sustainability of the program.
- Own managing relationship with central team and marketing team to drive brand awareness about the program and self-service registrations. Work closely with product launch team to improve brand experience on self-onboarding.
- Own managing external partners and help them develop their business on Amazon.in marketplace.
- Dive deep into the data to gain program insights to help drive relevance for the program- 3+ years of sales experience
- Experience managing teams
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM tool
