Job Description

Join our Digital Payments team at Amazon India to revolutionize how customers pay for their purchases. You will drive programs to enhance the Pay on Delivery (POD) experience, which serves millions of customers across India. This role combines analytical decision-making with program management to optimize customer experience while ensuring business sustainability. You will collaborate with multiple teams to develop and implement strategies that make POD more efficient and customer-centric.

Key job responsibilities
- Design and execute data-driven programs to optimize POD offerings across different customer segments
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce cost-to-serve while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators and program effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement machine learning solutions for POD optimization
- Create and present business proposals to stakeholders, including quarterly business reviews and project updates
- Analyze customer behavior patterns and transaction data to identify opportunities for experience enhancement
- Drive process improvements to reduce operational costs while maintaining service quality
- Coordinate with technology teams to implement system enhancements for better customer experience

A day in the life
You start your day reviewing POD performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement. Throughout the day, you collaborate with machine learning teams to refine customer segmentation models, meet with operations teams to optimize delivery processes, and analyze data to identify trends in customer payment preferences. You might spend time developing new proposals for cost reduction initiatives or presenting program results to leadership teams.

- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
