Key job responsibilities
• Design and implement scalable operational processes for banking products and partnerships
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance customer experience across the product lifecycle
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures to support business growth
• Build and track performance metrics to measure program effectiveness
• Partner with product teams to translate operational insights into product improvements
• Manage stakeholder relationships across product, marketing, operations, and legal teams

A day in the life
