We are looking for a customer-obsessed, results-driven Sr. Marketing Manager to drive key marketing programs that will drive growth for the business. As Sr. Marketing Manager, you will own programs such as Prime, Upsell, Monetization and Apay products.
You will develop and execute strategy to drive penetration and adoption of these programs amongst the Fresh customer base and leverage the existing customer base of these programs to acquire customers for the business. will work cross-functionally across marketing, product, BI and finance leaders in this role. The Sr. Marketing Manager will be the expert on customer behavior and business drivers and ideate new initiatives to improve key acquisition and adoption metrics.
Key job responsibilities
• Create and execute strategy targeting key Prime customer cohorts (as per Leo segmentation) with an objective of increase Prime penetration
• Create and execute strategy to increase adoption and penetration of the upsell program, with an objective to drive incremental revenue from the program
• Collaborate with AMS team to increase monetization drive for Fresh.
• Collaborate with various Amazon Pay teams to leverage products like CBCC and Pay later to acquire & retain customers on Fresh
• Partner with BI on reporting, and insight generation that will drive needle-moving improvements in these areas
• Contribute regularly to weekly/monthly/quarterly business reviews and annual planning- 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- 5+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience communicating results to stakeholders
- Experience with test and learn, marketing optimization, and experimentation
