What are we looking for: You are innovative, resourceful, flexible and self-directed. You have experience in building high throughput and scalable applications. You gain the respect of software engineers, software test engineers and product managers quickly and you’re able to excite customers, internal stakeholders and your team about vision of product and roadmap. You also like to roll up your sleeves and get hands on when necessary. Candidate should prioritize well, communicate clearly and compellingly, understand how to drive a high level of focus and excellence with a strong team and has a demonstrable track record of success building teams and delivering new features or products.- 7+ years of engineering experience
- 3+ years of engineering team management experience
- Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software/hardware/networks development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, certification, and livesite operations
- Experience partnering with product or program management teams
- Experience designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems
