At Amazon, we're working to be the most customer-centric company on earth. To get there, we need exceptionally talented, bright, and driven people. We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to join our Amazon India marketplace, Sales excellence team.
Sales excellence function is a centralized planning, reporting and integration function for 500+ acquisition and monetization teams within India marketplace business. The Program manager in sales excellence is expected to drive sales planning on key inputs across all the channels and regions. The Program manager will anchor cross channel performance reporting and Productivity reporting across teams & associates. Program manager is expected drive new initiatives from concept to implementation. He or she is expected to standardize business metrics and business definitions followed across channels on different initiatives. The role indexes heavily on engaging and partnering with sales teams across channels & regions to identify problem areas, gather requirements & propose process or product solutions. The projects that this role will be driving will vary in scope and context as business needs evolve. This role is both strategic and hands-on. Will be responsible for lead planning and allocation across channels. We be the owner of standard operating procedures for lead consumption, allocation and cleanup.
The candidate must be self-driven to collaborate and work with multiple partner team’s sales, business intelligence and others within the org. The successful candidate will be a person who enjoys and excels at working backwards from business requirements and diving into details of process and system flows and identifies required changes to these processes and systems.

• Ability to plan, execute and manage program deliverables within budgetary, resource and scheduling requirements against defined project milestones and deadlines.
• Work effectively across internal and external orgs. Do stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering
• Drive sales planning, forecasting and reporting
• Actively seeking the voice of your customers to improve levels of service.
• Assist with the roll out of new tools, processes
• Aid in the creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures, workflow diagrams, and training materials.
• Own weekly, monthly and quarterly business review related reporting and documentation
• Automate manual processes and reduce inefficiencies wherever applicable
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
