Job Description

The Program Manager in Amazon Business team is focused on understanding the needs (stated or unstated) of Business customers and coming up with creative solutions. The Amazon Business India Program Managers have end to end ownership for improving customer or seller experience on amazon including identifying opportunities, defining solutions, getting leadership buy in, prioritization of resources, delivering the project in partnership with partner teams and measuring impact. This role requires working on new business initiatives and partnering with operations, technology teams, and product development teams to implement these recommendations.

The position is located in Bangalore, India. - 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
