Key job responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership & Innovation
• Own the complete design vision and execution strategy for Kitchen's merchandising presence across Amazon's platform
• Pioneer the integration of AI in creative processes, leading both generative design initiatives and analytics-driven optimization
• Drive innovation in visual merchandising that directly impacts customer experience and business metrics
• Develop scalable design systems that balance creativity, efficiency, and performance

2. Business Impact & Technology Integration
• Partner with business leaders to translate category strategy into compelling visual experiences
• Lead the adoption and optimization of AI-powered design tools to enhance team productivity and creative output
• Drive data-informed design decisions through AI-based creative analysis
• Establish metrics and KPIs to measure and optimize design impact on business outcomes• Experience with content management systems
• Knowledge of online content strategy and creation
• Exceptional writing and research skills
• Keen eye for detail and appreciation of great design
• Ability to work independently or with a team to meet deadlines
• Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability
