Product Lead, Support
Job Description
- Define and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and customer needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into user stories, communicate progress along delivery.
- Lead sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings.
- Ensure the development team understands the product goals.
- Execute releases by working with stakeholders to provide documentation, training, troubleshooting, and support.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
- 3 years of experience as product owner and leading a development team.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in prioritizing features and managing product roadmaps.
- Experience in customer support or service within the technology domain.
- Ability to translate business requirements into user stories and product backlogs.
- Excellent technical aptitude skills with the ability to collaborate with engineers.
- Excellent data-motivated mindset with a focus on user experience and achieving business outcomes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
