Job Description

Create positive user experiences for products and lead the core engineering team.
Manage a group of SWEs, provide coaching, feedback, set expectations, and manage performance.
Drive and grow acquisition initiatives technically and strategically.
Provide technical guidance on design decisions and launch documents for launch readiness and collaborate cross-functionally and across-organizations.
Build knowledge in full-stack as well as industry trends and innovation.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in software development, and with data structures/algorithms.
5 years of experience testing, and launching software products, and 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
3 years of experience with software design and architecture.

Preferred qualifications:

Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
3 years of experience working in an organization involving cross-functional or cross-business projects.
3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
