Job Description

Collaborate cross-functionally and cross-team to support multidimensional pieces of work across games experiences.
Deliver on a high-standard for craft and excellence through the use of user-centered principles, methods, and tools, paying close attention to the tapestry of design systems and patterns across the broader games product landscape.
Prioritize work while managing stakeholder relationships and expectations across a range of work streams on a range of trajectories and velocities.
Contribute to an environment where every team member feels supported and comfortable being their authentic self.
Build relationships with peers and leaders inside and outside of the team to drive user experiences that are cohesive and well-informed.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design.
Experience designing across multiple platforms, and working with technical/design teams to create user flows, wireframes, and building user interface mockups and prototypes.

Preferred qualifications:

Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in product design or User Experience (UX).
3 years of experience working in a cross-functional organization.
2 years of experience in leading design projects.
1 year of experience working with executive leaders.
Ability to plan and ideate products from scratch and improve features within a user-centered design process.
