Job Description

Develop talent by leveraging recruiting processes and tools, and gather role requirements and recommendations.
Advocate and create a positive experience, support assessment, evaluate skills and client needs, and drive the interview and offer process.
Influence hiring managers on their hiring strategy and provide status updates on open roles.
Manage recruiting initiatives to meet established goals. Improve the new hire, hiring manager, and recruiter experience.
Partner with key business, staffing, and hiring stakeholders to build solutions for diversity, equity, and inclusion objectives.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, business development, business operations or account management.

Preferred qualifications:

2 years of experience negotiating compensation packages or related negotiation experience.
2 years of experience in the execution of technical recruiting or related technical fields.
2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
Experience leading projects.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, business development, business operations or account management.
