Job Description

Product Manager for Creator Data Platform supports millions of Creators and support agents across the world.
Product goal, strategy and roadmap to improve the AI/LLM support experience to help creators diagnose and fix issues quickly.
Work with creators, agents and subject matter experts and other stakeholders to develop an effective data platform.
Collaborate closely with Engineering, UX Design, and Research teams to design, engineer, and deliver innovative, compelling, and effective product/support experiences on various Youtube surfaces.
Partner with product teams across YouTube Business Technology, and Google Customer Engagement to ensure Creator Support experiences fit seamlessly.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in product management or related technical role.

Preferred qualifications:

3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
