Job Description

Lead the idea and execution for GAE, starting with internal influence and leadership across Serverless partner organizations.
Partner with executive engineers and product leaders to develop and execute a shared stack modernization and long-term sustenance ideas for GAE.
Provide technical guidance and thought leadership to GAE and Serverless cross-team initiatives.
Provide operational support with minimal supervision for production incidents.
Improve the operational health by identifying, prioritizing, and implementing systematic improvements.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in software development, and with data structures/algorithms.
5 years of experience testing, and launching software products, and 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.

Preferred qualifications:

Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
3 years of experience working in an organization involving cross-functional or cross-business projects.
Experience architecting and developing software for scalable, distributed systems.
Experience working with developer-focused products and tools.
Experience building cloud products.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

5 years of experience testing, and launching software products, and 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
