Job Description

Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements, and provide solutions.
Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process with wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, or high fidelity prototypes.
Integrate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing product experience updates.
Advocate for the prioritization of design centered changes, refinements, and improvements.
Work on designs and prototypes, improve Google's Infrastructure platforms, influence across multiple teams and product areas. Drive a culture of innovation and prototyping within our enterprise-level AI products.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design.

Preferred qualifications:

8 years of experience in product design or UX.
3 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization.
Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams of Designers, Researchers, Engineers, Content Strategists and Product Managers throughout the design process; creating user flows and wireframes to building user interface mockups and prototypes.
Experience designing across multiple platforms.
Include a portfolio highlighting multiple projects that demonstrates experiences crafting usable digital interfaces.
