Job Description

Build goal for Code Security and Open Source Security within and outside Google.
Design and build durable infrastructure that enables us to test, build and protect open source software.
Strategize and drive alignment with Cloud CISO team, Google Security team and product teams in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) on Open Source Security as well as code security.
Mentor Software Engineers within and outside of Cloud Security.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in software development, and with data structures/algorithms.
5 years of experience with design and architecture, and testing/launching software products.
5 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
3 years of experience working in a matrixed organization involving cross-functional, or cross-business projects.

Preferred qualifications:

Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in software development, and with data structures/algorithms.
5 years of experience with design and architecture, and testing/launching software products.
5 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
