Job Description

Manage a large portfolio of programs, spanning supply planning, execution, and asset management, working across numerous internal teams and external partners.
Initiate new software development programs, identifying and delivering features that drive performance, scale, functionality, security, quality, and efficiency.
Identify IT project management process improvements and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to define/refine frameworks, processes, and tools.
Engage with engineering directors, product leaders, and other Technical Program Manager groups to streamline processes, simplify execution, and drive efficiencies.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in program management.
Experience in Technical Program Management, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Management, Stakeholder Management, and Strategic Planning.

Preferred qualifications:

7 years of experience in delivering high-availability, large-scale distributed systems and reliable systems/cloud services.
5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Experience managing deployment of one or more 3p solutions like SAP, JDA, Kinaxis, etc. and managing deployments on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in program management.
Experience in Technical Program Management, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Management, Stakeholder Management, and Strategic Planning.
