Job Description

Design and implement data pipelines for processing and generation of training and evaluation data.
Leverage Large Language Model (LLMs) to produce quality data in order to assess and improve Google Assistant’s conversational capabilities.
Use data motivated insights to propose, design and implement new methods for improving data and quality.
Participate in, or guide design reviews with peers and stakeholders to select among available technologies.
Review code developed by other developers and provide feedback to ensure quality (e.g., style guidelines, checking code in, accuracy, testability, and efficiency)

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, and with data structures/algorithms.
3 years of experience with Machine Learning/Artificial intelligence (ML/AI) algorithms and tools or natural language processing.
3 years of experience testing, maintaining or launching software products.
1 year of experience with software design and architecture.

Preferred qualifications:

Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
Experience with ML models, ML frameworks (e.g., Tensorflow, JAX), ML Operations and Large Language Model (LLMs).
Experience working on Natural Language Processing projects.
Experience with fine tuning and evaluating large language models
