Job Description

Participate in rotating on call schedule with other members of the team including weekends supporting multi-vendor network including both wired and wireless connectivity for Enterprise (Corporate) Network.
Identify, define, and update operational requirements to adopt new technology into operations in collaboration with Engineering, Architecture, and Developers.
Identify network issues, determine and recommend appropriate solutions in partnership with Engineering.
Create, maintain, and review operational best practices across teams. Drive efficiencies through automation.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
3 years of experience with Network Administration, Network Troubleshooting, Wired Networks, Wireless Networking, and Data Center Operations.
3 years of experience implementing or supporting enterprise networks.

Preferred qualifications:

3 years of experience with fundamental networking technologies and protocols (e.g., ARP, Ethernet, DHCP, IPSec, GRE, WiFi standards, routing protocols, DNS, RADIUS, 802.1x).
Experience in operating Enterprise (Corporate) Network.
Excellent Linux and networking troubleshooting skills.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
3 years of experience with Network Administration, Network Troubleshooting, Wired Networks, Wireless Networking, and Data Center Operations.
3 years of experience implementing or supporting enterprise networks.
