Job Description

Manage a team of SWEs and offer support with planning, designs, and execution.
Mentor/guide team-members with timely feedback and help them grow.
Take responsibility for engineering and organizational problems that span multiple teams/components, and lead the team to solve them.
Collaborate across multiple teams and functions, driving alignment, prioritization, execution, decisions.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
3 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects, with 2 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.

Preferred qualifications:

Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
5 years of experience with design and architecture, and testing/launching software products.
3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
3 years of experience working in a changing organization.
