Job Description

Support collaboration with internal stakeholders to understand sourcing requirements and strategies. Manage sourcing processes for goods or services, including supplier identification, Request for Anything (RFx) creation and agreement execution.
Identify and engage with external vendors or service providers to handle specific sourcing functions or tasks and oversee and manage the performance of outsourced functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and quality standards.
Support the execution of the agreement life-cycle (e.g., drafting, execution and renewal), ensuring adherence to established processes as and when needed.
Provide support and assistance in agreement dealings, terms clarification, and resolving issues in collaboration with outsourced partners.
Manage and develop strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders and relevant outsourced partners/internal execution team.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Legal Studies, or a related field.
4 years of experience in sourcing, agreements management, procurement, or supply chain management, with a focus on managing sourcing/agreement processes for goods or services.
Experience in managing sourcing processes from supplier identification to agreement execution.
Experience in managing relationships with suppliers, including performance evaluations, agreement compliance, and issue resolution.
Experience in sourcing principles, negotiating principles, methodologies, and best practices.

Preferred qualifications:

Master's degree.
Certification in Business administration, Supply Chain, Business laws or related fields.
Experience in managing outsourced sourcing functions or tasks, negotiate operations, and overseeing and managing the performance of outsourced functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and quality standards.
Experience in using sourcing tools and software, such as eSourcing platforms, agreement management systems, and spend analysis tools.
Experience in using data visualization and reporting tools to create actionable insights and meaningful visualizations for sourcing performance analysis.
Ability to identify cost-saving opportunities with excellent negotiating skills.
