Job Description

Lead the creation and improvement of the Google Store Android app.
Develop clean, reliable code in Kotlin and Java, ensuring it's easy to maintain and test.
Collaborate with teams in the US and India to deliver high-quality projects on schedule.
Drive excellence in mobile engineering, focusing on performance, reliability, monitoring, and thorough testing.
Shape the app's technical direction, prioritize projects strategically, and foster a culture of innovation. Apply Google's best Android engineering practices and proactively address technical debt to enhance the app's scalability and maintainability.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in software development, and with data structures/algorithms.
Experience in developing software applications using Java programming language.
Experience in Android App Development.

Preferred qualifications:

5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, and with data structures/algorithms.
3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in software development, and with data structures/algorithms.
Experience in developing software applications using Java programming language.
Experience in Android App Development.
