Job Description

Lead the creation and improvement of the Google Store Android app.
Develop reliable code in Kotlin and Java, ensuring it's easy to maintain and test.
Partner with backend teams to create the necessary APIs for a positive mobile experience.
Collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality projects on schedule.
Apply Google's Android engineering practices and address technical debt to enhance the app's scalability and maintainability.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, and with data structures/algorithms.
3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.

Preferred qualifications:

Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, or a related technical field.
1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
Experience developing accessible technologies.
