Job Description

Define and implement the employer branding strategy for India, in alignment with the APAC employer branding team. Develop engaging and relevant online social media content for Indian audiences.
Partner with People Operations and Communications/Marketing to ensure a cohesive and impactful India brand strategy.
Manage apprentices from the India Apprenticeship Program to generate India-specific employer branding content.
Track and analyze the impact of employer branding initiatives, regularly sharing updates with key stakeholders.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in program or project management, or managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience working in the technology industry.
Knowledge of local job boards and talent platforms.
