Job Description

Design and deliver optimized program communication plans including executive and key partner communications.
Determine phasing and metrics associated with program life-cycles that address continuous improvement including resource stewardship, and near and long-term objectives.
Determine and collect data needed to govern programs and drive stakeholder decision-making.
Build trusted relationships with program stakeholders, manage expectations of executive cross-functional leads, and ensure they have the insights they need to make decisions.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in program management.
Experience in project management, project planning, and communication.

Preferred qualifications:

Master’s degree, PhD, or equivalent experience in Engineering, Computer Science or other technical related field.
5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Experience problem-solving across distributed, fast-paced and constantly changing environments.
Experience communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Ability to operate with energy and flexibility in a constantly evolving team environment.
