Job Description

Work independently across functions and levels to define and deliver software engineering projects for the YouTube Shopping domain.
Partner with technical program manager leads to support the evolution of operational capabilities across the wider organization.
Partner with engineering and product teams and encourage them to learn and adopt project delivery best practices.
Work with cross-functional teams.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience managing projects.
Experience with software development and managing execution of programs that span multiple engineering teams.

Preferred qualifications:

Master’s degree, PhD, further education, or equivalent experience in engineering, computer science, or another related technical field.
Ability to work with ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Ability to influence a team of technical and non-technical members.
