Job Description

Work with UX Research, Marketing, Support, and the Sales team to develop an understanding of the needs of advertisers, developers and other partners.
Develop a idea, strategy, and roadmap based on research and analysis to deliver on customer needs and an overall incentives plan to drive incremental business growth.
Work with a cross-functional team including Engineering, UX Design, Support, Legal, Trust and Safety and partner teams across Google to deliver and land compelling product experiences that balance risk and business priorities.
Motivate partners, leadership, and advertisers to invest in incentives to help grow the business.
Influence the product line strategy and roadmap including user segment insights, technical innovation, market trends, and platform capabilities.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.

Preferred qualifications:

8 years of experience in product management.
Experience creating product roadmaps from conception to launch, driving the product goals, defining the go-to-market strategy, and leading design discussions.
Experience with building pricing models or incentives to drive product adoption and user acquisition.
Experience with user experience (UX) research and design.
Experience with A/B testing and experiment design.
Ability to build partner and stakeholder relationships and collaborate with partner teams.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
