Job Description

Develop an integrated schedule for new sites, metros with dependencies across multiple partner teams.
Leverage value stream mapping to expose gaps in cycle time, planning, delivery, and execution.
Analyze business requirements and drive alignment with finance, tax, logistics, trade compliance, and system solutions teams.
Manage analysis of turnup readiness risk to ensure the team has mitigation in-place with partner teams.
Support program planning requests for the deployment of new products, maintenance activities, decommissions, returns, and other critical business requirements for sites.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in program management.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience driving process improvement projects from idea to implementation and adoption.
Knowledge of SAP/ERP, with experience in data analytics and process mapping tools.
Ability to create, manage, and lead key performance indicators.
