Job Description

Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers and Machine Learning (ML) engineers, providing technical guidance, career development, and performance feedback.
Collaborate with product managers, User Experience Researchers (UXRs), User Experience (UX) designers, and data scientists to define the product goals, strategy, and roadmap for Catalog Product Search, leveraging Machine Learning.
Drive the technical design, architecture, and implementation of scalable and reliable search systems powered by ML models for ranking, relevance, query understanding, and other search functionalities.
Ensure the team delivers high-quality, well-tested code and robust ML models that meet performance, scalability, accuracy, and reliability requirements.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in software development.
5 years of experience testing, and launching software product.
3 years of experience with software design and architecture.

Preferred qualifications:

Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
3 years of experience working in a matrixed organization involving cross-functional, or cross-business projects.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in software development.
5 years of experience testing, and launching software product.
3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
