Job Description

Lead strategy and development of the roadmap for features that drive adoption and improve user experience in mature international and emerging markets.
Enhance international content feed by significantly increasing both coverage and quality for the rapidly evolving product with rich formats.
Manage and prioritize a robust product backlog and roadmap.
Analyze feature/experiment results and communicate learnings to the team and the company. Synthesize insights by analyzing data to help build better product features.
Work with internal business, operations and partnerships teams in launching and maintaining features that impact Discover’s growth.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.

Preferred qualifications:

8 years of experience in consumer growth product management.
Knowledge of growing products in India or other emerging markets.
Excellent strategic and developing long-term strategy skills.
Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail skills with the ability to collaborate with others and to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent investigative skills and ability to solve complex problems by analyzing data, leading to data driven decisions.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to align a diverse group of stakeholders towards a common goal.
